Theresa May and Shanyse Strickland join forces to form a new exciting project, the Black Rosies. The most powerful and meaningful collaborations are often between those who are creating with a strong sense of purpose and reason, which is exactly what the Black Rosies will offer in their collaborative efforts. Merging their crafts as brass players, composers, and vocalists, this project features their original multi-genre influenced music and is an expression of their talents and goals as performers, musicians, and educators.
